Legal eagles set to sell premises

A MOOLOOLABA law firm has placed its Sunshine Coast headquarters on the market for sale.

UP FOR GRABS: Transact Property Group associate director Daniel Cullinane at the headquarters of Mumfords Lawyers in Mooloolaba.

Helena and Andrew Mumford started Mumfords Lawyers in 1991 and it has since forged a reputation for supporting, advising and defending their clients in a range of personal and business matters.

Transact Property Group associate director Daniel Cullinane said within 72 hours of the expressions of interest campaign commencing more than 20 inquiries came in from investors from throughout Australia.

“The level of interest in the Sunshine Coast from investors off the back of the Maroochydore CBD development, the submarine cable and the International Airport Project is unbelievable,”Mr Cullinane said.

The property is located within the Carinya House office building on Brisbane Rd within Mooloolaba’s high traffic retail strip.

“The asset offers a brand new five-year lease in which Mumfords Lawyers pay 100 per cent of the outgoings and have options until 2034,” he said.

The Mumfords Lawyers’ Mooloolaba office is for sale via international expressions of interest closing at 4pm on Thursday, July 25. For further information contact Mr Cullinane on 0431 278 806.
