Dirk commenced his career in property in 1992 joining then Raine and Horne International (Chestertons) as an industrial sales and leasing cadet. Dirk held positions in a number of corporate real estate agencies over the following 10 years, before acquiring LJ Hooker Commercial Southside and then the Brisbane office in 2004.
As Managing Director, Dirk and his partners grew LJH to employ 45 staff and a significant level of turnover. The Southside business achieved recognition as the 3rd highest turnover office the LJH network of 700 offices, and was ranked 224 in the Q400 business awards.
Dirk has strong links to the agency market, a wide range of clientele, and has delivered a diverse range of development projects through EL Group.
